Burt Lake Marina Storage

When it's time to say goodbye to your toys for the season, our storage services have you covered. We know your time is valuable and each customer has different needs.  Based on over 50 years of winterizing and storing customers' units, we've developed different packages to make the process convenient and budget conscious.  Bring your unit to us or schedule a pick up; our services are as turnkey as you'd like.

Winter Storage Season: September 1st - May 31st         Storage prices do not include winterizing or spring prep.

 

Package #1   Inside Storage: $6.95 per square foot. This rate includes:

• Free pick up in fall and delivery in spring within 20 miles (one way) from our Marina. Mileage over 20 miles (one way) is $3.60 per mile.
• Use of all equipment for both haul out in fall and launch in spring (v-hull). For pontoons without trailers: add $50 trailer rental for fall haul out and $50 trailer rental for spring launch.
• Charge and load testing of battery
• Good, general cleaning prior to spring delivery. General cleaning is light surface cleaning of the interior and exterior--not deep/detail cleaning. Detailed cleaning (under all seats, carpet cleaning, waxing, etc.) is available for an additional charge.

Package #2   Inside Storage: $5.40 per square foot.

This is our basic "storage only" service for customers who bring their boat to our service department in the fall, pick it up in the spring, and do not wish us to clean the boat.

Measurements

LOA (length overall) x Maximum Beam. Permanent bow sprits, pulpits, stern rails, outboard rudders and non-removable trailer tongues are added to LOA at the actual measurement. Outboards and outdrives (I/O) are also added to the LOA (length overall) at the actual measurement.
