Burt Lake Marina's Service Department
is composed of over 18 well-trained, dedicated employees ready to serve you.
Our employees are factory-trained--many hold multiple manufacturer'
certifications. We pride ourselves on offering a personable small business
atmosphere since 1969, while providing one of the largest and most modern
service facilities in Northern Michigan. To serve you better, we have expanded
our service department to offer 9 service bays, a two-story parts department
(parts@burtlakemarina.com) and convenient customer service area!
Phil Kennedy leads our Service Department
and has been with us 17 years. Mitch DePauw, 18 years on staff, leads the team
in the Sea-Doo/Sport Boat/ Outboard department. Dave Gross, another 18 year
member of our team, runs the Inboard/Outboard side of the shop. There are many
others involved in the success of our service department, from forklift
operations to watercraft/snowmobile customer delivery. Stop in and meet our crew!
Burt Lake Marina has a Canvas Department
for canvas repair, fabrication, & upholstery services;open Monday-Friday,
8-5 p.m. 231.238.9835. Tina Zavislak runs our canvas department and will
provide quotes, offers service calls for your convenience and uses the best
materials on the market. Tina has 30 years of sewing/alteration experience.
